  • Is deceptive or fraudulent
  • Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others

We reserve the right to disable any shortened URL that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or appears to be harmful to others.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of URL Shortener. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Advertisements

The Service is supported by advertisements that appear on the redirect page. By using the Service, you agree to view these advertisements as part of the redirection process.

We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements, and the presence of an advertisement does not imply our endorsement of the advertised product or service.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS. THE SHORTENED URLS MAY BECOME UNAVAILABLE DUE TO VARIOUS REASONS, AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY RESULT FROM SUCH UNAVAILABILITY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL URL SHORTENER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
